Bauer Media Outdoor (BMO) is taking an important strategic step in further strengthening and future-proofing its network.

The acquisition of network partner 2C gives Bauer Media Outdoor direct management of contracts with over 60 municipalities. This investment ensures more stability, increased efficiency and provides room for further digital development within these contracts.

Although the network, consisting of over 20,000 analogue boxes and 800 digital screens, remains unchanged, the acquisition means that a significant part of the network is now fully owned by Bauer Media Outdoor. This underlines the long-term vision to continue investing in quality and continuity, with a clear focus on digital growth.

"We have taken a nice step in further strengthening our network. This acquisition means that an important part of our network will remain with us into the future. Although nothing will change for our advertisers at the moment, this investment does offer new opportunities for the future. We will continue to invest in quality, continuity and renewal, with an eye on digital growth and a future-proof network."

said Raymond van Kasterop, Managing Director Bauer Media Outdoor Netherlands.
