

Gaming takes centre stage in Tempo-Team's OOH campaign

Is gaming good for your career? Yes it is! That is the playful premise of Tempo-Team's latest youth campaign: 'Level UP your job satisfaction'. In this creative activation, gaming is positioned as more than entertainment - it is a way to develop skills you also need in the workplace. Think problem-solving skills, teamwork, concentration and perseverance.
Game console at school: from DOOH to interaction
From 11 to 26 November, at ROC Amsterdam, a digital screen was completely converted into an interactive game console. Students could play the new Tempo-Team game on site, which focused on job satisfaction and self-development. The eye-catching DOOH activation literally brought the campaign to life in young people's perceptions.
National visibility at educational institutions
Besides this local activation, a broader campaign ran at schools throughout the Netherlands. Through the NextGen Media network, the message was spread on digital and analogue screens in secondary schools, mbo's, hbo's and universities. In this way, the campaign reached young people at the right time, in the right place.
Chance to win prizes and extra motivation
The game was not only instructive, but also competitive and rewarding. Pupils and students had a chance to win great prizes, which increased engagement and ensured a strong emotional connection with the Tempo-Team brand.
